Only reason i took off one star is because of the condition it arrived in. Not sure if its the company's fault or the shipping company. Im glad it came with an extra set of charms because the wing charm was bent to the shape of the heart from the way it was crushed. Everything else seemed to be fine and in good condition tho. It is a beautiful locket.

I gave this to one of my girlfriends after her beloved pup passed away. I inserted a head shot of the pup, but the clasp is a bit weak for a key chain --- I think it would come unclasped and the little picture could fall out, so after I put the picture inside, I placed a tiny dot of Super Glue on the frame before I shut it and that did the trick! She loves it, and it's very pretty. Nice gift!
